The Church of Santa Maria della Misericordia is open daily for Conventual Mass to individuals and small groups. Please refer to the schedule for Mass times. Confessions are heard before the Conventual Mass on Sundays and are also available upon request. The monastery observes a full enclosure and is not open to the public for tours or visits. Monks live a life of separation from the world and offline, to the extent possible. As a consequence it may take some days or weeks for them to read and respond to your message.

The Porter's Office
The Porter's Office is normally open during the monks’ working hours: From September to Easter (winter hours): on weekdays, from the end of the Conventual Mass (around 11:00) until 14:00. From Easter to September (summer hours): on weekdays, from the end of the Conventual Mass until 15:00. Sundays and national holidays: the Porter's Office is open for about an hour after the Conventual Mass. It is possible to contact the porter by phone.
